MarketOne moves its Melbourne offices to the city’s cultural quarter
The last of the boxes has been unpacked and the whiteboard paint is dry to the touch. Time to pour an extra-strong flat white and officially announce our relocation to prestigious new offices on Collins Street.
Set smack-bang among the smart boutiques and fantastic Victorian architecture of Melbourne’s “golden mile”, it’s definitely a case of location, location, location. APAC Vice President, Warren Everitt said, “We were close to bursting point back in St. Kilda. With this upgrade, we wanted to be part of the creative heartbeat of the city and felt that the area’s buzz would be a natural fit for the company. We don’t operate like any other demand generation agency out there, so I didn’t want us to have an office like any other demand generation agency out there.”
The contemporary, industrial-styled space includes open plan seating, as well as a number of more informal zones – named after Melbourne’s famous laneways – enabling the growing team at MarketOne to collaborate. Angela Rogers, who came up with the idea, explained, “I wanted to name the spaces after something uniquely Melbourne. The laneways are iconic and represent so many different aspects of the city: food, coffee, art, music, culture… all of which reflect the diversity and colorful characters you’ll find at MarketOne Australia”.
General Manager, Brad Fijac is certainly excited about the opportunity to put his feet up: “You don’t have to be sitting right next to each other in super-comfy, over-sized beanbags to create perfectly integrated demand generation campaigns, but it definitely helps! I’m hoping clients will be keen to spend more time with us here too.”
You can find directions and all the contact details for the new Melbourne office on our contact page. Hope to see you there soon!
